## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Upgrade C&B strategy (including equity) to attract and retain talent by benchmarking with top Tech companies
- Update and maintain compensation ranges
- Manage equity attributions
- Ensure Benefits competitiveness aligned with company strategy
- Regular meetings and negotiations with Benefits providers
- Deploy and manage annual increases process worldwide in Pigment Application
- Automate and optimize C&B processes, campaigns, and workflows
- Participate in global projects like budget definition, forecasts, and ad-hoc analysis

## Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Compensation & Benefits, with in-depth knowledge of North American market
- Experience in fast-growing international environment
- Structured, thorough, strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Efficient communicator who simplifies complex concepts
