## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for some of Zocdoc’s largest customers.
- Engage customers on key optimization opportunities and drive them toward improvements to maximize Zocdoc's impact on their business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members including sales, support, technical services to align on customer goals and shared success approach.
- Understand and help design client-specific narratives around adoption, utilization, and return on investment.
- Spearhead customer conversations around new product developments, specialty-specific insights and best practices, and opportunities for continued learning.

## Requirements
- 2-3 years professional experience in customer success or account management roles.
- Strong communication skills with experience in building buy-in toward shared objectives.
- Ability to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Appetite for continuous learning, feedback, and accountability to coaching.
- Positive outlook toward change and strong adaptability.
