## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Act as a product expert and primary configuration manager for West Coast clients
- Design & implement Client Success processes and initiatives
- Collaborate with clients on strategic initiatives and optimization of their data strategy
- Develop recommended best-practices and supporting materials for diverse user base
- Coordinate resources across Client Development, Marketing, Data Operations, Product for client deliverables
- Develop and monitor client expectations
- Support project management resources and personnel
- Produce flawless client deliverables for complex project requirements
- Uphold brand standards & values in client interactions
- Proactively identify account growth opportunities
- Strategize with senior leadership on client business cases

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years’ experience in professional services (consulting, investment banking, private capital investor relations/business development, technology client success, sales engineering, or similar)
- Demonstrated excellence producing time-sensitive deliverables for sophisticated clients
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Entrepreneurial mindset with significant operational impact
- Ability to adapt to high-performance environment
- Flexibility for variety of tasks
- Proactive with leadership potential
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint and Excel
