## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Drive account retention by managing retention plans, identifying risks, and executing renewal strategies.
- Fuel account expansion by identifying opportunities and building business cases to demonstrate value.
- Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders including HR leaders and decision-makers.
- Deliver consultative solutions by analyzing client goals and pain points to provide tailored recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales, preferably in Digital Health, Benefits, or Healthcare SaaS.
- Experience with musculoskeletal (MSK) or digital health solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and driving retention or expansion outcomes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise clients in a high-growth environment.
- Proficiency with Gainsight and account planning tools.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
