## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an obligation register across federal agreements and update it through modifications.
- Manage the compliance calendar, including training deadlines, certificates, notices, postings, and annual filings such as VETS-4212A.
- Administer federal portals and submissions, including SAM, representations and certifications, PIEE, and WAWF for invoicing.
- Determine applicability based on thresholds, commercial-item carve-outs, and company size.
- Review flowdowns in new subcontracts and agreements before signature and identify resulting obligations.
- Manage applicable Army training requirements, including AT Level I, OPSEC, iWATCH, and ATCTS registration.
- Route execution to People Ops, IT, and security while maintaining the compliance map.
- Coordinate clause interpretation with outside counsel.

## Requirements
- Experience administering federal contracts or subcontracts on the contractor side, with ownership of follow-through.
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, flowdown matrices, and applicability thresholds.
- Experience building and maintaining an obligation register or compliance calendar.
- Experience submitting information through federal systems, including SAM and preferably PIEE or WAWF.
- Ability to work independently on a small team.
- Must be a U.S. person and able to work with CUI.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with DoD other transaction agreements.
- Experience with prime contracts and subcontractor flowdowns.
- NCMA certification.
- Experience with CDRLs and contract closeout.
- Active or recently held security clearance.
