## Job Description

## Outcomes
- Work with multiple clients as the main technical voice for Databricks.
- Lead customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
- Implement the technical strategy in accounts with a clear understanding of strategy and business value.
- Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
- Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
- Gain peers' respect through experience, insight, and contributions.

## Competencies
- Experience establishing virtual teams and leading them to success within the account.
- Experience working with very large (>$1m ARR), global accounts.
- Experience building relationships with executives and influencers, both internally and with customers.
- Present a convincing point of view to important decision-makers that leads them down a path of success.
- Technical experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science.
- Ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data.
- Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Experience practicing live/vibe coding sessions with stakeholders.

**Nice to have:** Databricks Certification.
