## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the planning and execution of candidate interview days
- Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure alignment and preparedness
- Communicate proactively with candidates to guide them through the process
- Manage all scheduling and logistics with precision and care
- Identify opportunities to improve our recruiting experience and implement new ideas

## Requirements
- Experience coordinating interviews or managing logistics in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive mindset and love for creating seamless experiences
- The ability to stay calm, flexible, and resourceful when plans change
