## Job Description
## Responsibilities
- Research and synthesize complex topics quickly: competitive landscape, market dynamics, product positioning, client context
- Prepare meeting materials, briefings, and follow-up communications on behalf of the CEO
- Track and manage cross-functional projects — owning progress across teams and flagging blockers early
- Analyze data and build models to support decision-making (business cases, scenario analysis, growth metrics)
- Assist in investor-facing and board-level prep: narrative building, data packaging, deck reviews
- Draft internal and external communications (emails, memos, Slack threads) with minimal direction
- Work closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to stay close to the business and connect dots across functions

## Requirements
- Strong quantitative background — math, statistics, engineering, or economics (Math Olympiad or equivalent is a major plus)
- Extremely sharp and intellectually curious
- 1–2 years of experience
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Genuine interest in AI and growth
