## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define and validate new product opportunities
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product strategies
- Lead cross-functional development across engineering, data, GTM, and operations
- Own product direction, execution, and outcomes
- Partner closely with leadership to prioritize and resource new initiatives
- Build 0→1 products or scale early-stage bets

## Requirements
- Deep experience in financial services
- Highly analytical and structured thinking to break down ambiguous problems
- Drive complex initiatives end-to-end and influence stakeholders
- Strong product instincts to translate business problems into compelling ideas
- Communicate clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- High ownership, move quickly, thrive in 0→1 environments

## Compensation
**$180,000 – $250,000 + equity + benefits**
