## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build software across diverse product areas, including online healthcare appointment booking with real-time availability, customizable patient information forms, and payment processing.
- Design, architect, and build scalable, customer-facing software.
- Own cross-functional projects end to end, from technical design and decomposition through launch and rollout.
- Partner with engineering leaders and product managers to define, prioritize, and deliver ambitious engineering goals.

## Requirements
- **5+ years** of experience as a software engineer, focused on building customer-facing products.
- Sustained contribution over time.
- Vision for great software and engineering, with the technical expertise and leadership skills to execute that vision.
- Strong product-level thinking, including understanding how customer journeys and data flows affect each part of a product.
- Ability and desire to solve high-impact problems using the tools necessary, including stepping outside your comfort zone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders and business needs to engineering teams.

- Base salary range: **$165,000–$230,000 USD**.
