## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the entire global relationship with Databricks and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Orchestrate across sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations.
- Build trusted relationships with field sales and pre-sales representatives in the United States, as well as product and marketing stakeholders.
- Connect Fivetran Partner Sales Managers with Databricks partner sales teams to support solution selling and a strong customer experience.
- Establish and execute strategic partner go-to-market programs with Marketing and Product teams.
- Grow mutual customer adoption, pipeline development, and revenue across Fivetran and Databricks.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management within the data, cloud, or enterprise software industry.
- Experience managing complex, global relationships.
- Deep understanding of the modern data stack and the business value of open data infrastructure.
- Ability to engage credibly with C-suite stakeholders and partner leadership in a global technology organization.
- Strong commercial judgment, including identifying, qualifying, and developing joint pipeline opportunities.
- Experience operating as a cross-functional orchestrator and influencing without direct authority across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with dbt or Fivetran.
