## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales on pre-sales discovery, solution design, technical demonstrations, and RFP responses.
- Lead client onboarding and own implementations end to end, including technical design, integration, testing, launch, and post-launch support.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients, addressing integration challenges, product configuration, and data flows.
- Provide post-launch technical guidance, troubleshooting, best-practice recommendations, and optimization support.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent customer needs and influence roadmap priorities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and solution guides for internal and external stakeholders.

## Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing technical role managing multiple projects, such as Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager, or Technical Account Manager.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, data integrations, and SaaS platforms.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting.
- Experience guiding clients through pre-sales and post-sales technical lifecycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with tax technology, payroll, or financial institutions.
