## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and evangelize the enterprise customer education segment strategy by understanding the market, customer needs, and differentiation opportunities.
- Use data, research, and customer insight to uncover and size opportunities.
- Partner with design and engineering to prototype, test, and refine early concepts.
- Build clear, data-backed business cases to align senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Guide ideas through execution by clarifying outcomes, connecting teams, and ensuring delivered products meet their intent.
- Represent and communicate progress toward key goals and metrics.
- Provide dotted-line leadership to product managers across the segment through strategic guidance, coaching, and performance input.
- Explore how AI and emerging technologies can improve learning effectiveness and scale enterprise education.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for customer education within the organization.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to translate data, customer research, and business acumen into product strategy and high-impact priorities.
- Experience in early-stage or 0-to-1 product environments and comfort navigating ambiguity and rapid iteration.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including data-backed business cases and forecasts.
- Clear and influential communication skills, from executive presentations to cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Curiosity and fluency in AI, emerging technologies, customer education, and enterprise learning.

## Nice to Have
- Experience in customer education, enablement, or learning technology.
