## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers.
- Research and build new and existing accounts through outbound calling and strategic email and social campaigns.
- Analyze inbound and outbound prospects’ businesses and engage with prospects by phone and email.
- Collaborate directly with customers, sales, and cross-functional teams.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, experiment, and share findings with the team.

## Requirements
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in prospecting roles within the technology industry.
- Exceptional in-person, phone, and written communication skills.
- Proven record of achieving significant results in sales-target or KPI-driven roles.
- Confidence communicating effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work autonomously, and remain self-motivated.
- Familiarity with SFDC, LinkedIn, Outreach, and other relevant technology tools.
- Curiosity about the product, industry, and best practices.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
