## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the company's global cash and liquidity operations
- Manage banking relationships
- Optimize working capital
- Build the treasury function from the ground up
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, and Operations leadership
- Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
- Handle FX risk management and multi-currency operations
- Work with ERP systems and treasury management systems (TMS)
- Manage international payments, cross-border transactions, and intercompany funding structures
- Engage with capital markets, debt facilities, or venture/growth-stage financing

## Requirements
- Experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a related function, ideally within a high-growth tech or infrastructure company
- Proven experience managing cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and bank relationship management
- Strong understanding of FX risk management and multi-currency operations
- Experience working with ERP systems and treasury management systems (TMS)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

## Nice-to-Haves
- CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CFA designation
- Experience building or scaling a treasury function at a startup or scale-up
- Familiarity with international payments, cross-border transactions, and intercompany funding structures
- Prior exposure to capital markets, debt facilities, or venture/growth-stage financing

## Compensation
- Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location
- Competitive total compensation package (salary + equity)
