> Leads internal events, culture programs, manager training, and branded merchandise for a remote-first team across Canada. The role partners closely with founders and People leadership and requires strong program operations, event experience, stakeholder management, and comfort with ambiguity.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own internal events end-to-end, including Summer Synergy, team offsites, local meetups, and recurring virtual programming such as Big Donuts, lunch and learns, happy hours, and socials.
- Run core culture programs, including tenure and life-gifting, Value Awards, and rituals that recognize employees.
- Own manager culture training, helping new and existing managers model company values and use available leadership tools effectively.
- Track engagement, gather feedback, and use insights to prioritize culture initiatives.
- Collaborate with founders, the People team, and the Office & Events team to maintain a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
- Own the branded swag and merchandise program in partnership with the founders.

## Requirements
- Exceptional program management and operational skills, with the ability to run multiple programs in parallel, manage details, deliver on time, and use AI to streamline work.
- Experience planning and executing memorable events in a startup, agency, or hospitality environment.
- Strong employee-experience instincts, empathy, judgment, and attention to quality.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills, including comfort working directly with founders and executives, managing up, pushing back when needed, and earning trust quickly.
- High resilience and comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Willingness to contribute hands-on to execution while shaping ideas and direction.
- Willingness to travel regularly to support company events and team offsites.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Hiring range: **$115,000–$135,000 CAD**.
- Compensation is benchmarked against similar companies in the same location and depends on job-related skills, qualifications, and experience.
