## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop storytelling, digital tools, brand systems, and rapid ideation in an experimental, collaborative environment.
- Create and iterate on ideas, narratives, and visual work with a hands-on approach.
- Help raise the team’s standards and culture of craft through high-quality, clear, and consistent work.
- Elevate and shape a flexible brand system across varied surfaces.
- Collaborate with creative teammates and cross-functional partners to develop ideas and produce work.
- Give and solicit feedback from teammates and stakeholders.
- Independently deliver work while influencing designers, contractors, and agencies.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant design and art direction experience for technical and product-driven companies.
- High-quality visual design experience with strong typography skills.
- Experience applying and evolving a brand in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Keynote, and Google Slides.
- Demonstrated experimentation with AI tools for ideation, stakeholder visualization, and design scaling.
- Exceptional craft.

## Nice-to-haves
- Distinct point of view on design and appreciation for creative process, technology, and design engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Experience helping other designers learn and grow.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Creative coding or creative technologist experience.
