## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the KYC request lifecycle, managing intake, processing, and timely resolution of inbound KYC requests from clients and counterparties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for KYC inquiries and advise clients on global KYC requirements.
- Review and validate KYC documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with AML, KYC, and applicable international frameworks.
- Maintain accurate records of KYC requests and documentation to support a clean audit trail.
- Monitor evolving global KYC and AML regulations and apply updated requirements to daily work.

## Requirements
- Detail-oriented and able to manage a high volume of concurrent requests under tight deadlines.
- Confident and professional when communicating with senior stakeholders and counterparties.
- 1–2+ years of regulatory experience.
- Working understanding of global KYC and AML frameworks, with the ability to apply them practically.
- Proactive decision-maker who can assess situations, apply the appropriate framework, and work with minimal supervision.

## Nice to Have
- AML/KYC certification such as ICA or ACAMS.
- Experience with complex legal entities.
- Experience in corporate banking, a legal service provider, or a fund compliance environment.
- Familiarity with offshore jurisdictions such as Cayman or Luxembourg.
