## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Source and pursue opportunities through strategic outbound while owning and building inbound pipeline motion from the ground up.
- Identify and qualify prospects against ICP across mid-market segments, developing playbooks and processes.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior technical stakeholders and buyers, delivering exceptional experience.
- Own deal cycles from discovery through close, leading negotiations and handling objections.
- Create tailored presentations and proposals, partnering with marketing to generate pipeline.
- Help shape sales motion, playbooks, and processes as early GTM hire.
- Partner cross-functionally for best-in-class customer experience.

## Requirements
- **2+ years** of experience in a customer-facing sales role, identifying and closing a large volume of accounts.
- Experience managing aggressive quota and running end-to-end complex 5-figure ACV deals.
- Proven track record of identifying and targeting clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Own full sales cycle from discovery through POC, partnering with Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Background in developer tools, testing/observability, or infrastructure.
- Track record of selling technically complex products to engineering leaders.
