> As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will build and own shared frontend libraries, drive performance and architecture improvements, and scale the design system. This role requires strong frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities

*   **Build, Own, and Evangelize Shared Frontend Libraries** – Create, maintain, and drive adoption of reusable frontend components and libraries that accelerate development and maintain consistency across teams.
*   **Own Frontend Performance & Architecture** – Drive frontend optimization by reducing bundle sizes, improving rendering efficiency, and establishing best practices that elevate engineering quality across the organization.
*   **Improve, Scale, and Evangelize the Design System** – Keep the Design System robust, performant, well-documented, and deeply integrated into frontend workflows while championing its adoption across teams.

## Qualifications

*   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
*   5+ years of full-time software engineering experience with strong frontend development focus, including:
    *   React & TypeScript - Component architecture, state management, and performance optimization
    *   Data fetching, caching, and state management
*   Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms
*   English language proficiency

*   Experience in blockchain-based projects

The target base salary for this role will range between $200,000 to $270,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors (such as location) at the point in time of offer.
