## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and execute event plans aligned with business objectives to drive attendance and engagement.
- Organise conferences, webinars, and strategic breakfasts, dinners, and lunches with key customers or potential clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and end-to-end event planning.
- Create compelling event messaging and content for target audiences.
- Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Analyze event performance metrics and recommend future improvements and optimizations.
- Follow up with event participants in collaboration with sales and growth teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices and incorporate them into event marketing strategies.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of events experience, including at least 3 years specifically planning events or marketing events in a fast-paced technology organization.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development, and communications teams.
- Budget and time management skills, including the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Agility and meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidence communicating ideas and points of view thoughtfully and passionately.
- Transparency and willingness to challenge, ask questions, and identify obstacles.
- Excellent organizational skills and a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English.
- French, German, or Spanish proficiency is preferred.
