## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own recruiting across G&A and marketing, including full-cycle hiring for finance, legal, operations, and marketing roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and founders to define role scope, build interview loops, and calibrate hiring standards.
- Drive sourcing and outbound recruiting for hard-to-fill and senior roles.
- Manage candidates through the recruiting process and close offers.
- Build recruiting systems, including scorecards, playbooks, and compensation benchmarking.
- Report pipeline health and hiring velocity to leadership.

## Requirements
- Experience running full-cycle recruiting at an early-stage company and owning a function end to end.
- Experience recruiting for G&A functions such as finance and legal, as well as marketing roles.
- Ability to adapt interview processes and candidate pitches for different functions.
- Strong outbound recruiting and candidate-closing skills.
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-growing company.
