## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales & Account Management to support sellers integrating with our platform, and co-sell Cash App Afterpay's Developer Platform.
- Design and deliver technical solutions, including building proof-of-concepts, custom reports, sample integrations, and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Be a trusted technical advisor - translating business requirements into scalable integration approaches and advocating for best practices.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface partner feedback and influence the roadmap.
- Create compelling demos, presentations, and technical deep dives for both executives and engineering.
- Communicate product features, updates, and technical guidance across internal and external audiences.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (partner engineering, solutions architecture, sales engineering, or similar), working with enterprise merchants or global partners.
- Deep hands-on technical expertise - comfortable building with APIs, debugging integrations, and guiding developers through complex implementations.
- Prior professional experience with full-stack development and proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Experience leading technical projects end-to-end in globally distributed, multicultural teams.
- A willingness to travel for onsite client meetings (10-20%)

## Compensation and Benefits
Block takes a market-based approach to pay with the following ranges depending on location zone:
- Zone A: $142,000—$195,300 USD
- Zone B: $132,100—$181,600 USD
- Zone C: $124,900—$171,700 USD
- Zone D: $113,600—$156,200 USD
