## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own daily publishing execution across owned social channels, including X and LinkedIn.
- Maintain the social calendar, content queue, and asset trackers.
- Adapt approved content and messaging to each platform’s voice, format, and best practices.
- Coordinate with the Social Media Marketing Manager, writers, designers, and subject matter experts to keep the content pipeline on schedule.
- Reply to questions, acknowledge feedback, and build relationships with developers, researchers, and technical talent.
- Tailor tone, timing, and substance to engineering and developer audiences.
- Identify topic trends, relevant conversations, and whitespace opportunities across social platforms.
- Moderate and monitor engagement across owned social channels.
- Nurture relationships with recurring engaged followers and community champions.
- Track audience composition and engagement patterns using social listening tools.
- Monitor conversations about Applied Intuition and physical AI in real time.
- Track competitor and industry activity.

## Requirements
- **2–4 years** of experience in community management or community-facing social roles, ideally supporting a technical, developer, or AI-focused audience.
- Demonstrable understanding of developer and engineering communities.
- Experience engaging directly with online communities through Reddit, X, Discord, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Comfort serving as the voice behind day-to-day replies and moderation.
- Hands-on experience with social media listening or analytics tools.
- Ability to turn audience data into clear takeaways.
- Strong execution instincts and reliability in daily hands-on work.
- Strong writing skills and an ear for tone.

## Nice to Have
- Experience supporting employer brand, talent, or recruiting-adjacent content.
- Familiarity with developer or open-source communities.
- Experience working at or marketing to a technical or engineering audience.
