## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five outbound business development representatives.
- Build a high-performance culture in a hybrid working environment.
- Partner with account executives to maximize pipeline generation across SMB and mid-market merchants.
- Hire and onboard new BDRs as the team grows.
- Continuously improve outbound strategy, messaging, and account targeting.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Sales Strategy, Sales Leadership, and global teams.
- Experiment with new tools, AI capabilities, and ways of working.
- Use data to identify opportunities and improve team performance.

## Requirements
- Experience managing an outbound sales or business development team.
- Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing sales talent.
- Confidence managing performance.
- Experience improving outbound strategy rather than simply executing an existing playbook.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach to coaching and decision-making.
- Curiosity about AI and modern sales technology.
