## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Product Finance
- Own unit economics models for every product line, set financial targets, and partner cross-functionally to achieve them.
- Drive pricing and monetization strategy across the product portfolio with Product and executive leadership.
- Lead strategic custom deals and structure commercial arrangements for competitive sales situations.
- Evaluate new product investments, business cases, and long-term growth opportunities with Product leaders.

### FP&A
- Own the consolidated financial model and analyze business drivers from revenue through cash flow.
- Lead company-wide headcount planning with People and go-to-market leadership.
- Lead non-payroll budgeting, cost strategy, and vendor negotiations with Engineering, Procurement Operations, and executives.
- Build and oversee executive financial reporting, analyses, and materials for Board and leadership decisions.
- Own the FP&A internal systems and tooling roadmap.

## Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, strategic finance, FP&A, or a related finance function.
- Experience at a high-growth technology company.
- Excellent financial modeling and quantitative/data analysis skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and execute autonomously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting complex financial analyses to cross-functional stakeholders and executives.
- Proven use of AI and automation tools, such as Claude Code, to streamline financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and finance workflows.

## Nice-to-Have

- Experience managing, mentoring, or developing high-performing team members.

## Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $280,000–$385,000 annually.
- Flexible PTO.
