## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and improve high-priority operational programs, including clinician onboarding and network support.
- Manage day-to-day program performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear accountability.
- Build dashboards and reporting, analyze operational data, and translate findings into actionable decisions.
- Lead initiatives from problem definition through launch and measurement.
- Diagnose root causes, simplify fragmented workflows, reduce redundant work, and design durable operating processes.
- Identify repetitive work for automation using AI, tooling, and workflow improvements.
- Learn operational systems quickly and partner with Data, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to implement improvements.
- Align stakeholders, facilitate workgroups, remove blockers, and lead change management to drive adoption.

## Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in consulting, operations, program management, or implementation.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including metrics, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Builder-operator mindset with experience managing detailed workflows and improving operating systems.
- Systems-thinking ability across workflows, data, tools, and stakeholders.
- Ability to execute cross-functionally without direct authority.
- Interest in automation, AI, and learning new systems and technologies.
- Motivation to improve mental healthcare and clinician and patient experiences.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs).
- Hands-on experience with automation or no-code/low-code tools.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $130,000–$165,000 annually.
