## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Hire, mentor, and grow the pre-sales team in Italy.
- Build a motivated, collaborative culture within a hyper-growth team.
- Improve the return on investment of Solutions Architect involvement in sales cycles.
- Ensure solution- and value-based selling across the field engineering organization.
- Understand account needs and revenue potential in the assigned region.
- Engage with key customer executives to build and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Align closely with partners and internal services to secure implementation strategies within accounts.
- Build the company's brand as a member of the leadership team in partnership with Marketing and Sales.

## Requirements
- Experience managing successful Big Data, cloud, or SaaS professionals.
- Experience in consumption-based business environments.
- Experience mentoring and scaling technical teams.
- Success instituting processes that improve efficiency and product focus for technical field teams.
- Ability to partner and collaborate with Sales and other cross-functional leaders.
- Passion for the data, AI, and cloud software markets, with the ability to communicate a strong point of view on solution value.
- Technical or consulting background in data engineering, database technologies, or data science.
- Strong communication skills.
- Native Italian and fluent English.

## Compensation
- Annual pay range: €107,600–€147,875 EUR.
- Compensation may also include an annual performance bonus, equity, and regional benefits.
