## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Articulate Linear’s architecture, data model, and integration patterns to engineering and product teams.
- Deliver tailored technical presentations and deep-dive demos for key stakeholders.
- Design, plan, and execute large-scale migrations, custom configurations, and API integrations.
- Troubleshoot proactively to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Build and maintain realistic demo instances that mirror enterprise workflows, scale tests, and feature toggles.
- Enable sales representatives to showcase Linear’s capabilities in context.
- Develop technical training materials with Sales Enablement.
- Run train-the-trainer sessions for new hires.
- Curate exemplar solution playbooks.
- Serve as the technical resource for high-priority accounts.
- Partner with Customer Success to resolve post-sale technical issues and drive adoption.

## Requirements
- 2+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or a similar role at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale deals.
- Hands-on experience with OAuth2, GraphQL, data migrations, and product integrations.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex technical concepts to engineers and executives.
- Experience with GitHub and Git.
- Ability to build realistic, scalable demo environments and troubleshoot production issues.
- Computer science degree or engineering background strongly preferred.
- Collaborative experience partnering across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Comfort with SQL and scripting such as Python or JavaScript.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Linear and/or Jira.
