## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal business partners and stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations with external vendors and suppliers.
- Develop negotiation approaches, fallback positions, and acceptable terms and conditions through contract completion.
- Identify benchmarks to measure contractual arrangements, focusing on cost efficiencies, spend drivers, and risk areas.
- Design and implement procurement processes and tools with appropriate cross-functional stakeholder review.
- Review existing contracts, understand business requirements, and establish standard vendor contract protocols.
- Establish a vendor lifecycle strategy covering planning, sourcing, selection, vendor performance data, offboarding, and transitions.
- Assist business partners with onboarding new vendors, products, or services through cross-functional third-party approval workflows.
- Maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders to identify, understand, and fulfill requirements.
- Resolve vendor performance or diligence issues to ensure effective and timely outcomes.
- Support ad hoc projects as needed.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.
- Strong communication and project management skills, including the ability to communicate project status, actions, risks, and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques.
