## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for teams and customers navigating email deliverability challenges.
- Guide high-volume senders through migrations, including IP warm-up and platform transitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
- Conduct deliverability assessments and provide actionable reporting after warm-up phases.
- Recommend strategies to improve deliverability performance over time.
- Enable internal teams and external customers on deliverability best practices.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to support customer success and inform product direction.

## Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in email deliverability, messaging infrastructure, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Experience building or scaling deliverability practices.
- Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP reputation, domain reputation, and inbox placement.
- Experience managing or supporting IP warm-up processes and sender reputation during migrations or platform transitions.
- Ability to analyze bounce rates, complaint rates, and engagement metrics and translate findings into recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple customer situations and prioritize by urgency and impact.
- Experience establishing processes, documentation, or best practices in a technical specialty area.
