## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business roles, from sourcing through closing.
- Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines across engineering, go-to-market, operations, and other functions.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role needs, calibrate profiles, and align on scorecards.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience from initial outreach through offer.
- Move quickly to drive processes forward and unblock hiring.
- Iterate on recruiting strategies, sourcing channels, and outreach approaches.
- Build and improve scalable recruiting processes, systems, and reporting.
- Support employer branding through LinkedIn, events, and referrals.

## Requirements
- 4–6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions, including technical and business roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and creativity in identifying top talent.
- Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication, judgment, and candidate-closing skills.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Enthusiasm for building teams from the ground up.
