## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead growth initiatives across the APAC region.
- Expand the ecosystem of developers, users, and institutional partners.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships.
- Build and scale growth pipelines and funnels.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
- Analyze competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth, business development, sales, finance, or venture capital.
- Experience in blockchain or financial technology preferred.
- Based in Hong Kong or Singapore.
- Strong understanding of blockchain and financial systems.
- Experience building and scaling growth teams.
- Experience structuring complex, high-value partnerships involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, including gathering and interpreting data from multiple sources.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or another commonly spoken APAC language.
