## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Execute payment operations accurately and on time across payment processing, funds movement, reconciliations, exceptions, and related workflows.
- Investigate and resolve payment issues using data, payments knowledge, and sound judgment; own issues through resolution.
- Follow established controls, recognize potential risks or unusual activity, and escalate appropriately.
- Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to processes, tools, and automation.
- Adopt new tools, including automation and AI-enabled tools, to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate clearly, share knowledge, and collaborate with teammates and partners.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in payments operations, banking, fintech, payroll, financial operations, or another detail-oriented operational environment.
- Familiarity with payment processing or money movement.
- Strong problem-solving, investigation, exception-management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Comfort working with data and learning new systems and technology.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of accuracy and controls for financial transactions.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive work and make thoughtful decisions.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with ACH, wires, RTP, or similar payment methods.

## Compensation
- Base wage range: **$36.30–$39.93 per hour**.
- Compensation is based on factors including skills, relevant experience, and work location.
