## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end UX design and rapid prototyping for new product initiatives, from concept through implementation-ready design.
- Build interactive, near-production-quality prototypes using React, TypeScript, or similar frameworks to validate ideas before full engineering investment.
- Partner with Engineering to validate technical feasibility early and reduce handoff friction.
- Help establish and evolve reusable UI patterns, components, and Reality Defender's broader design system.
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and thoughtful interaction design across the platform.
- Work alongside Product Managers to define customer experiences before development begins.
- Facilitate cross-team alignment by making complex ideas tangible through prototypes and visual storytelling.

## Requirements
- 5+ years designing and building modern SaaS applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX design and front-end implementation.
- Expertise with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Experience building interfaces using React, TypeScript, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, and accessibility.
- Ability to rapidly move from concept to prototype.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, and comfort in a fast-moving startup environment.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Enterprise software design experience.
- AI or cybersecurity product experience.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- User research/usability testing experience.
- Motion/interaction animation experience.
