## Job Description

## What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Partner Development Managers: coach, mentor, manage allocation, drive accountability, recruit, onboard, and scale partners.
- Create and drive ecosystem strategy for innovative ISVs and Data Providers in Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Industrial IoT, focusing on AI and data adoption for efficiency, insights, smart manufacturing, and supply chain resilience.
- Lead joint GTM and co-sell success: build relationships with Snowflake sales teams and leadership, act as primary escalation point, generate pipeline, expand adoption, and fuel consumption growth.
- Connect cross-functional teams (Product, Industry GTM, Marketing, Operations, Sales) to align partner ecosystem strategy with corporate roadmap and product releases.
- Measure performance: track team metrics, partner success, revenue outcomes, customer impact; oversee full partner lifecycle from recruitment to scaled GTM execution.

## What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in tech sales, partner development, alliances, or business development, ideally within cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) and enterprise data platforms.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience leading high-performing partner or sales teams in a matrixed tech organization.
- Deep knowledge of industry domains and use cases such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, predictive maintenance, logistics, and supplier risk.
- Proven success building partner ecosystems, owning GTM motions, developing joint value messaging, and executing field sales co-sell programs.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present and align with C-suite leadership.
