## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to bring on new business.
- Partner with Product Managers to drive custom solutions for prospects.
- Perform outreach through network and initiate conversations with enterprise prospects.
- Attend industry events and build relationships through client entertainment.
- Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients.
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the vertical you own.
- Listen to the needs of the market and share with product and marketing teams.
- Leverage skills and customers’ experience to evolve product and sales process.

## Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in new business development.
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and in a startup environment.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- \"Whatever it takes\" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance.
- Self-starter who is invested in the success of the team.
- Ability to travel regularly for in-person meetings, entertainment, and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree.

## Compensation
Total Compensation: $150,000 - $350,000+, including commissions, dependent on multiple factors, which include the candidate's skills, experience, location and other qualifications.
