## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Define and execute APAC B2B demand-generation strategy aligned with GTM, revenue, segment, and pipeline priorities.
- Build scalable digital programs across lifecycle, webinars, nurture, and paid/owned channels.
- Create regional campaign frameworks, content kits, audience strategies, and localization guidance for country teams.
- Partner with country marketers and GTM leaders to identify pipeline gaps, adapt programs, and prioritize support.
- Lead demand-generation strategy for the APAC event portfolio, including event selection, audience acquisition, sales plays, follow-up, conversion, and ROI.
- Connect events, digital journeys, content, and sales follow-up into integrated full-funnel programs.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing Ops on funnel health, lead quality, attribution, dashboards, and experimentation.
- Translate global B2B programs into APAC-ready motions and bring regional insights into global strategy.
- Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines, reporting, and post-program learning loops.
- Establish an operating rhythm for planning, performance reviews, and investment decisions.

## Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in B2B, enterprise, field, demand-generation, or integrated marketing, ideally across multiple APAC markets.
- Track record building digital and scalable programs that generate or influence enterprise pipeline.
- Strong experience with lifecycle marketing, webinars, events, content, paid/owned channels, and sales follow-up.
- Experience partnering with Sales and RevOps to improve funnel performance and connect marketing to revenue outcomes.
- Experience supporting distributed country teams and influencing within a regional-global matrix.
- Strategic judgment on event portfolio choices, audience strategy, and post-event conversion.
- Analytical fluency with CRM, marketing automation, attribution, dashboards, and campaign performance data.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
- High ownership, adaptability, and comfort building systems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience marketing AI, developer, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, data, or other technical products.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, event platforms, intent tools, and marketing analytics workflows.
- Experience with partner-led GTM, ecosystem co-marketing, or account-based orchestration.
- Exposure to regulated or trust-sensitive industries across APAC.
- Experience in high-growth technology companies or global-local matrix organizations.
- Fluency in an APAC language in addition to English.
