## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual design, development, and implementation of data center control systems, including Chilled Water, HVAC, Power Monitoring and Data Hall Monitoring.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior engineers on the controls team.
- Develop control system architectures, functional specifications, and detailed system designs.
- Program and configure PLCs, SCADA systems, and HMIs to meet project requirements.
- Develop standard SOOs, P&IDs, Sensor installation details, specifications and design templates.
- Support control system simulations, factory acceptance testing (FAT), construction and commissioning activities at greenfield data center deployments.

## Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial control systems engineering.
- Extensive experience with PLCs, DCSs, SCADA systems, and industrial networks.
- Proficiency in control system programming languages such as ladder logic, function block, and others.
- Hands-on experience with major control system platforms (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Ignition, etc).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required (50-70%).

## Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
- Experience in managing large-scale control system projects, from design through commissioning.
- Experience with Revit or other 3D modelling software.
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and best practices.
- Ability to stay current with emerging trends in industrial control and automation technologies.
