## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own our EPM platform (Pigment): Manage the system end-to-end, including data models, calculation logic, dimensional structure, security architecture, and release management.
- Translate business requirements (revenue models, headcount plans, unit economics) into technical platform solutions and scalable modeling patterns.
- Drive architecture decisions that determine how planning functions across the company.
- Lead Finance AI Adoption: Identify, pilot, and deploy AI use cases including automated variance commentary, narrative generation, anomaly detection, and AI-assisted scenario modeling.
- Automate workflows: Design and test conversational and agent-driven finance workflows.
- Partner with Data Science and IT to roll out AI solutions with strict governance, accuracy, and auditability.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, Economics, or another data-related focus.
- 5+ years in a hybrid FP&A/Systems role with strong foundation in corporate finance and deep understanding of business logic behind financial forecasts.
- Deep, hands-on implementation experience in modern EPMs (Pigment Certified Modeler credentials a plus).
- Exposure to cross-system integrations (e.g., Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, BI tools).
- Active, daily utilization of LLMs, copilots, and automation tools to solve real business problems.
- Exceptional communication skills with proven track record of influencing stakeholders and working cross-functionally.
- Sharp attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience operating at a high-growth, pre-IPO SaaS company.
- Experience with Python or similar scripting languages.
- Pigment Certified Modeler credentials.
