## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own offer letters, DocuSign, offer decks, and offer-related coordination.
- Run end-to-end new-hire onboarding through Rippling and Ashby.
- Coordinate calendars, onboarding logistics, and first-day and first-month experiences.
- Manage visa processes and coordination through Concord with employees and immigration counsel.
- Maintain employee records, workflows, and People processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve People Operations infrastructure.
- Eventually own performance-management processes, including reviews, cycles, and manager enablement.

## Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Recruiting Operations, or a similar role.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to stay ahead of deadlines and moving pieces.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion when handling sensitive employee and candidate information.
- Experience with HRIS and recruiting tools.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong execution skills and a preference for building on existing systems.
- High judgment, responsiveness, and a strong bias toward action.

- Experience with Rippling and Ashby.
