## Job Description

Both short-term and permanent roles are possible.

## Responsibilities
- Spearhead company priorities from ambiguous brief to shipped outcome: define problems, build plans, execute initiatives, and report results with metrics.
- Identify growth and revenue opportunities across product, go-to-market, and partnerships; build the business case and pursue opportunities.
- Own standalone functions, verticals, or teams, including turnaround situations; build and staff them, then operate them or hand them over in a stronger state.
- Recruit and lead high-performing teams, set standards, and deliver through others.
- Design scalable operating processes and automate internal work.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in high-growth technology companies, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or venture building, with clear career progression.
- Demonstrated excellence across multiple domains, including building, fixing, and leading initiatives outside your initial specialty.
- Experience leading teams of 10+ people, directly or cross-functionally.
- Comfort with extreme ambiguity and full accountability for outcomes.
- Fluency with AI tools in daily work.

## Nice-to-haves
- Valuable experience that may not match every listed requirement but demonstrates strong alignment with the team and mission.
