## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Understand identity management group codebase and development process: Jira, Technical Designs, Code Review, Testing, and Deployment.
- Develop and implement frameworks and toolings for Universal Directory Service platform.
- Design and implement high-performance distributed scalable and fault-tolerant software components.
- Quickly deliver high-quality bug fixes and handle customer-reported issues.
- Conduct quality code reviews and automated testing.
- Partner with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams for scoping development and deployment work.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of Software Development in **Java**, preferably with **Hibernate** and **Spring Boot**.
- 5+ years of development experience building services, internal tools and frameworks.
- 3+ years experience automating and deploying large scale production services in **AWS**, **GCP** or similar.
- Hands-on understanding with practical application of **SQL** databases.
- Experience working with systems of scale ranging from monolithic applications to microservices.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed teams.

## Nice-to-Haves
- B.S. Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with **Go** programming language.
- Experience with **PostgreSQL**, **Docker** and **Kubernetes**.
- Experience working with **Active Directory** or **Microsoft Azure**.
