## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Data Operations Support
- Own the end-to-end lead upload process for partner-related campaigns and events, including data formatting, tagging, and partner attribution.
- Audit campaign member statuses and partner accounts to maintain accurate reporting data.

### Content and Asset Coordination
- Assemble, package, and distribute global campaign-in-a-box kits for partners.
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date self-service Partner Portal.
- Review partner-submitted co-branded materials for alignment with brand guidelines.

### Event Logistics Support
- Coordinate Partner Summit and related events, including project timelines, registration tracking, vendor communications, and on-site or virtual logistics.

### Budget Tracking and Support
- Support global partner marketing budget processes.
- Submit, process, and log purchase orders and vendor invoices.

## Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, or partner/channel marketing support.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Strong spreadsheet skills with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience organizing digital assets, managing shared drives, or updating a partner relationship management platform or CMS portal.
- Experience supporting corporate events, webinars, or large-scale internal or external meetings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.

## Nice to Have

- Familiarity with Tableau or similar business intelligence tools for basic reporting.

## Compensation and Benefits

- Estimated pay ranges vary by location:
  - Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, or Washington, D.C.: **$79,840–$99,800**
  - New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California outside the San Francisco Bay Area: **$84,480–$105,600**
  - San Francisco Bay Area, California: **$98,840–$117,300**
- May be eligible for an equity plan and corporate bonus plan.
