## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered features that automate data sharing through slides and documents.
- Use established frameworks and innovative techniques to create scalable, production-ready solutions for data analysis and content generation.
- Improve software reliability and performance to accelerate delivery and meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with designers and software engineers to increase product adoption and engagement.
- Develop best practices with emerging AI tools and techniques.

## Technical Environment
- TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn/UI
- Node.js, Prisma ORM, and Temporal workflows
- Kubernetes on AWS with Argo CD
- SigNoz, Sentry, and PostHog
- OpenAI API, Gemini, LangChain, and Langfuse
- Linear

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning and natural language processing, with a focus on generative models.
- Advanced Python programming skills.
- Proficiency with large language model frameworks, including LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LlamaIndex.
- Proven experience researching, building, and fine-tuning large language models in production environments.

## Nice to Have
- Experience building LLM agents for data analysis and content generation.
