## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support Sky Road client trade workflows and templates.
- Support client permission and role models.
- Onboard new client trade workflows, trading templates, funds, and fund attributes.
- Document client trade workflows, trading templates, and permission models.
- Own and support application layout consistency across Sky Road modules and clients.
- Communicate and escalate support issues to the development team.
- Coordinate with project managers on client onboarding.
- Assist with onboarding-related configuration and testing.

## Requirements
- Experience working in a support capacity.
- Experience with trade and order management systems or workflows.
- Understanding of financial data domains, including issuers, instruments, industries, ratings, and pricing of financial products.
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to join, pivot, and summarize data.
- Ability to troubleshoot support issues.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in a team environment.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Understanding of portfolio management, compliance, and security master systems.
- Experience supporting vendor software products.

## Compensation
- Salary range: **$110,000–$125,000 USD**.
- Eligible for an annual year-end performance bonus.
