## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, and optimization of ANZ demand-generation campaigns across digital, events, and partner marketing.
- Support local trade shows, customer meetups, hosted webinars, and virtual experiences.
- Coordinate event logistics, speaker preparation, KBYG documentation, and follow-up tracking.
- Track ANZ field-program leads, monitor pipeline influence, and partner with BDRs and Sales on follow-up and reporting.
- Create sales enablement materials, including toolkits, event decks, one-pagers, KBYGs, and campaign updates.
- Collaborate with global digital teams on regional paid programs and content syndication.
- Coordinate with ANZ digital and event agencies and vendors to support execution and quality control.
- Track marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness using CRM and BI tools, reporting on ROI and optimization opportunities.
- Travel approximately 20–25% across the region for events and team collaboration.

## Requirements
- 3–5 years of marketing experience in a B2B technology company, preferably in security, cloud-native, or developer tooling.
- Experience supporting field or regional marketing initiatives in the ANZ market.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Digital, Partner Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
