## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain reliable, scalable, and cost-optimized distributed systems and data architectures.
- Create automated ingestion, storage, and transformation pipelines for downstream data access.
- Design and operate data pipelines supporting Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer workflows.
- Implement and champion DataOps and DevOps practices to ensure system reliability and smooth deployments.
- Establish and refine data practices, architectures, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, analysts, and senior engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 1+ years of professional experience designing, building, and operating configurable data pipelines handling high-volume and high-velocity datasets.
- Experience working in public cloud environments, such as Google Cloud or AWS.
- Familiarity with Apache frameworks such as Spark and Airflow.
- Experience with analytical databases such as BigQuery and ClickHouse.
- Strong coding skills in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and Python.
- Understanding of software engineering principles, Agile methodologies, DataOps, and architecture optimization for cost and performance.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
