## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Empathize with users by deeply understanding their workflows through hands-on learning.
- Inform the product roadmap by prioritizing and defining products needed for safe and efficient commercial autonomous vehicle operations.
- Lead the definition, design, and development of innovative tools that provide "superpowers" to the Operations Team, directly impacting the number of operators needed per vehicle.
- Act as a force multiplier by defining and communicating product goals, requirements, and constraints; surface and understand root causes of problems; source and synthesize feedback from experts and experiments; define success metrics, measure progress, and drive execution pace.

- Strategic thinker who understands value and priority of every product and feature to customers and the business.
- Structured thinker who creates structure from messy systems, surfaces crucial questions, and drives to answers using an effective end-to-end product development process.
- Data-driven with ability to extract insights from sparse or imperfect data and identify valuable data to collect.
- Customer-driven with deep empathy for users and strong intuition for meeting their needs.
- Technically fluent with experience building tools alongside engineers and ability to represent technical perspectives in discussions.
- Trusted partner to engineers, able to unblock them and provide guidance and clarity.
- Self-directed and proactive in identifying the most important work, taking full accountability for projects.
- Influential communicator skilled at gathering input from and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in operations for autonomous vehicles, robotics, or similar complex technical services.
- Background in building internal tools or platforms that scale operations.

## Compensation
- Base pay range: $193930 - $291150 (depends on experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills).
- Eligible for annual performance bonus, equity, and competitive benefits package.
