## Job Description

## What You’ll Be Doing
- Build pipeline daily through cold calls, DMs, emails, events, and referrals.
- Own inbound and outbound opportunities and help move deals forward.
- Run discovery calls and demos with prospective customers.
- Work directly with founders and GTM leadership to sharpen messaging, positioning, and outbound strategy.
- Test new prospecting motions, messaging frameworks, and growth channels.
- Help build and document the outbound playbook as we scale.
- Turn customer conversations into actionable feedback for the team.

## Player-Coach Responsibilities
- Helping newer BDRs improve their outreach, calls, and prospecting.
- Sharing what’s working and raising the performance level of the team.
- Acting as a bridge between founders and the BDR team.
- Communicating priorities, feedback, and best practices.
- Leading by example through your own execution.

## Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience
- You don’t wait for direction. You create it.

- You can think strategically while still executing at a high level.
- You thrive in fast-moving environments.
- You want meaningful ownership over how a company grows.
